Website Disclaimer

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this disclaimer before you use speedcouncil.com. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

A Referral Service Only

Speedcouncil Plumbing is a referral and marketing service that connects homeowners with independent plumbing providers. We do not perform emergency plumbing, leak repair, drain cleaning, sewer line repair or any other plumbing work. Any work done in your home is done by an independent provider, and Speedcouncil Plumbing does none of it.

No Endorsement or Warranty

Connecting you with a provider does not mean we endorse that provider. We make no promise about the quality, timing, cost or results of any provider's work, and no promise that a provider will be available in your area at a given time. Providers are responsible for their own licenses, permits, insurance and conduct.

General Information

The content on this site is general information. It is not professional, legal, insurance, health or financial advice. Plumbing problems differ, and what applies to one home may not apply to another. Talk with a qualified plumber about your own situation.

About Cost Figures

Cost figures on this site are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Actual prices vary with the job, location, materials, time of day and how far the problem has spread. Ask the provider for a written estimate before any work begins.

About Insurance

Anything this site says about insurance is general. We cannot tell you whether your policy covers a loss. Coverage depends on your policy and on your insurer's decision. Ask your insurer or agent about your coverage.

Safety

Plumbing problems can involve electrical hazards, gas appliances, hot water and contaminated wastewater. Do not put yourself at risk. If you smell gas, leave the home and contact your gas utility from outside. If you believe someone's life or safety is in danger, contact local emergency services first.

Compensation

Speedcouncil Plumbing may be paid by providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure explains this in more detail.

Accuracy of Information

We try to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but we make no warranty that it is complete or without errors.
