How Our Provider Network Works

Talk to a local plumber

Who You Talk To

When you send a request or call, you reach the Speedcouncil Plumbing referral line. You will be asked a few simple questions about the problem and your home. Nobody will try to sell you anything. The goal is to connect you with an independent provider.

What Happens After That

Say you write in because the kitchen sink and the tub are both draining slowly. Your request goes to a provider who serves your area and handles that kind of problem. The provider contacts you, asks a few more questions and sets a time to come out. After looking, they explain what they found and give you a written price.

Questions Worth Asking

If you have never hired a plumber, these questions help:

  • Are you licensed for plumbing in this state?
  • What is the charge to come out?
  • Will you give me the price in writing?
  • What caused the problem?
  • How can I keep it from happening again?

A provider who answers clearly and does not rush you is a good sign.

You Make the Decisions

You choose whether to hire. You can ask for time, get another quote or decide the problem can wait. Speedcouncil Plumbing does not take a side in your agreement with the provider.
